FTB Takes New Approach to Rulemaking Calendar for 2008:
The Franchise Tax Board has taken a new approach to its rulemaking calendar for 2008 by (1) restricting the listing of new regulation projects to those reasonably expected to initiate rulemaking action in 2008 and (2) agreeing to hold interested parties meetings for each new regulation project on the 2008 rulemaking calendar.
